It arrived within the specified time. The packaging was neatly organised so as to both keep the contents safe, but also gouped in a way to fascilitate assembling.. I tried a couple of material cutting and a couple of engravings.. The machine works fine, but I had to stop as I hadn't got the fume extractor yet. For the time, I'm still waiting to receive the cutting panel and start practising. The funny thing is that I could easily cut through wood, pvc and steel, I couldn't cut styrofoam. I would appreciate it if someone gave me the settings for cutting 10mm thick styrofoam.

kaare I guess you are trying to cut white styrofoam. The styrofoam will reflect the laser beam because the blue laser is in the visble range (450nm).
If possible try styrofoam in other colors.
In generell you will have problems cutting/engraving white materials and other materials that does not absorb the blue light.
